Shipping policy

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and take 2-3 business days to process and ship. Customers will be notified once the order has been shipped.

Shipping: 

All orders within Canada and the United States are shipped via Canada Post.

**Small Packet Air to the Untied States is not insured and does not include tracking. If you wish to purchase tracked and insured shipping please select Tracked Packet Air USA at the checkout**

**Wild Hancock Creations is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any package that is lost in the mail without tracking**

 

Customs and Import Taxes:

Wild Hancock Creations is NOT responsible for any customs and important taxes that may occur. The customer is responsible for these.

 

Wild Hancock Creations is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any shipping delays, lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs on any returned or resent packages.

 

Resent / Redirecting Your Order:

Please double check your that your shipping address is correct, I cannot redirect orders once they have been shipped out. Sorry!
